Submarine with releasable ballast

The submarine comprises a ballast which is located underneath it and a cork in its top part. The water displacement of the packed cork in tons per cubic metre is more than the weight of the submarine without ballast. The submarine rises to the water surface when the ballast is released, even if the diving tanks are filled with water.
