APPARATUS FOR USE BY BABIES AND YOUNG CHILDREN

Apparatus for the use as a baby walker or as a baby gym, comprises a pair of spaced-apart side frames (1) supported on wheels (2a, 2b). A cross-piece (4) extends between the side frames and is extensible to adjust the spacing between the frames. The cross-piece is elevated above the side frames and serves to suspend playthings in the baby gym configuration. The cross-piece may be repositioned to extend substantially co-axially of a forward pair of wheels to brace the side frames in the baby walker configuration.
