PURPOSE: To decrease the pressing force applied to a lens so as to reduce breakage of the lens by providing a receiving lever pin part with an inclined guide part for guiding the tip of a lever pin to a lever pin hole. CONSTITUTION: A receiving lever pin part 1 comprises a lever pin hole 1b where lever pin 2, the tip part 7 of which is spherical is installed, and the hole 1b is provided at the center of the top surface thereof, and a guide part 1a where a lubricant 6 is applied to the surface with an angleαof inclination extending from the periphery of the lever pin hole 1b to the outer periphery of the receiving lever pin part 1. The receiving lever pin part 1 is installed on a lens 3 through a holder 4, and installed on a polishing tool 5. When the lever pin 2 is automatically lowered in the lever pin hole 1b, the lever pin 2 comes into contact with the guide part 1a, and the tip part 7 of the contacting lever pin 2 is automatically lowered along the surface of the guide part 1a to be installed in the lever pin hole 1b. Thus, a coefficient of friction of the guide part 1a is decreased, an angle of inclination of the guide part 1a can be set to be smaller, and the total height of the receiving lever pin part 1 can be held down.
