<p>PURPOSE: To recycle wastes and manufacture a sound adsorption material, a sound conditioning material, a heat insulating material and the like by crushing the wastes, then adding a binder component at a specified ratio, mixing, dispersing, passing through air and forming an optional shape. CONSTITUTION: First, wastes generated mainly from automobiles and buildings are crushed into fine pieces, and a binder component such as a thermoplastic fiber or thermoplastic resin of 5-50wt.% is mixed and dispersed uniformly. Then, a mixture thus formed is clamped by a net-shaped material in which air can be permeated and hot air is passed through into heat to form an optional shape and manufacture a sound absorption material, a sound conditioning material, a heat insulating material and various kinds of interior materials. Thus the recycling of resources can be realized and the sound absorption material, the heat insulating material and the like can be manufactured at a low price.</p> |
