PURPOSE: To provide a body function training apparatus capable of enhancing body function in an extremely efficient manner by taking in a playful element in training operation and capable of preventing improper load on a trainee. CONSTITUTION: A trainee 5 strikes the alligator target 9 moving so as to make it appear and disappear from a casing 12 by the hammer 7 held by the right hand of the trainee. The well striking number of times or the non-striking number of times is displayed on a display device 22 or a CRT 28. Since the trainee 5 concentrates upon training operation in order to obtain satisfactory results, effective training operation can be expected. The appearing pattern or speed of the alligator target is controlled to a proper value on the basis of the blood pressure data or pulse data collected by the blood pressure sensor attached to the left hand of the trainee 5. By this constitution, it is prevented that load unsuitable from the viewpoint of a health state or motion function is applied to the trainee 5. |
