PURPOSE: To eliminate connection of signal lines to prevent disconnection of a communication line by transmitting and receiving data between a mobile unit and a fixed unit by optical communication. CONSTITUTION: Respective communication parts 104 of the mobile unit and the fixed unit perform the optical communication through an optical control part 103, a light emission part 101, and a light reception part 102 mounted on the mobile unit or those mounted on the fixed unit to transmit and receive the data. Consequently, the harness and connectors of signal lines or the like are reduced and disconnection of the communication line is prevented because the communication line or the like is not used. The mobile unit is linearly moved, and it is preferable that the light emission part 101 of the mobile unit and the light reception part 102 of the fixed unit are arranged on the same line parallel with the moving direction of the mobile unit and the light emission part 101 of the fixed unit and the light reception part 102 of the mobile unit are arranged there. |
