The alloy contains at least one of predetermined elements, and its resistivity (Z) at room temp., as defined by a predetermined calculation formula based on the chemical composition of the alloy, is in a range of (2 to 65) x 10 power (-8) ohm m. and the interval (L) between the filaments is not more than 0.0625/Zonm where Zo is the square root of Z.</p> |
