PURPOSE: To obtain a smooth antistatic thermoplastic resin laminated body which is free from any irregularity on a surface. CONSTITUTION: A composition wherein 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. of at least one kind of a compound (C) selected in organic sulfonate and organic phosphate is contained in 100 pts.wt. of a composition which is composed of 60-97wt.% of acrylate resin (A) and 3-40wt.% of polyether ester amide (B), and prepared so that a ratio of an added amount (wt. %) of the polyether ester amide (B) to a melt index of the acrylate resin (A) becomes 5 or under, is laminated by a thickness of 5-500μm on at least one surface of thermoplastic resin of base material.
