PURPOSE: To prevent fed flocs from being swollen out during transportation by fitting guide parts on both the end parts of the rear of upper and lower filter cloth bodies, and fitting upper and lower pulleys provided with recessed grooves in which the guide parts are inserted on the outer periphery, on both the end parts of a shaft stick at prescribed intervals and so that the upper and lower pulleys may lie one upon another. CONSTITUTION: Guide parts 3, 3' are fitted on both the right and left sides of rear parts 2, 2' of both upper and lower filter cloth bodies (a), (b). Upper and lower pulleys 5. 8 having recessed grooves 6, 9 in which the guide parts 3, 3' are inserted are fitted on a shaft stick 7 and a shaft stick 11 with a roller 10 each at both the right and left end parts. Further, the upper and lower pulleys 5. 8 fitted on the shaft sticks 7, 11 are laid one on top of another to rotate the upper and lower filter cloth bodies (a), (b) through the upper and lower pulleys 5, 8 rotated by drivers, and at the same time, the upper and lower pulleys 5, 8 laid one on top of another are also rotated in a normally adhered state. In this way, there is no danger of fed flocs being swollen out, and they are housed in a space between both the filter cloth bodies surely made in a bag state, and are transported, thereby aqueous waste sludge contained is surely discharged while pressurized to make it into sludge. |
