PURPOSE: To facilitate the suppressing for the propagation of the pressure variation outside a vehicle into the inside, by closing a ventilating duct for the blowing from the inside of the vehicle to the outside or from the outside to the inside, in a tunnel, and opening the ventilating duct after the lapse of a prescribed time from the closure. CONSTITUTION: At the position close to the opened port part 101 on the upstream side at a part of a duct installed in the car outside flow passage of a blower, a metal leaf spring 2 is installed so as to project in the crossing direction through the duct from a fixing installation fitting 12 on one side. The leaf spring 2 makes contact with a movable type operating element 4a so as to be deformed by the increase of the wind quantity due to the pressure variation of a train which passes through a tunnel, and to close the contact point of a limit switch 4. Through this contact, a linear solenoid 5 is operated through a control panel 10, and a movable type cut-off plate 6 is put into the state where a shut-off device is closed. Accordingly, the propagation of the pressure variation inside the vehicle in the high speed traveling of the vehicle can be suppressed, and the proper ventilation is enabled. |
