PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for stop abutting to a part of abutting on an object to be clipped, to reinforce a clip part, to form a clip itself in a shape easy to be clipped and make the shape be decorative, and convenient to use and apply, in the clip for inserting into an opening part such as a paper bag. SOLUTION: In the clip for clipping the object to be clipped of the opening part such as the paper bag, at least a part or the whole of the clip part is covered with a sheet material or cloth made of nylon, vinyl, nonwoven fabric, artificial leather, or the like, the sheet material or the cloth is formed in a decorative shape such as an animal, a doll, a fish and a character, and the part of the clip part is made as a stop abutting member used also as a reinforcing material to be shaped for fitting to the clip part. The part of the sheet material or cloth is formed in such a manner that one of the sheet material or cloth is longer than another by opposing to the clip part and becomes a gripper of the clip.
