CATALYST FOR HYDROFORMYLATION OF OLEFIN AND ITS RECOVERY METHOD

This relates to preparing aldehyde from olefin and synthetic gas using solid catalyst in which aqueous metal phosphine complex is fixed with hydrotalcite type inorganic support. The above catalyst is expressed as formula (I). In formula T is Rh, Co or its mixture; L is Cl, CO, NO, COD, H, SR, phosphine; SP is carboxylated or sulfonated phosphine; HT is hydrotalcite. Hydroformylation is conducting under the condition of 50-200deg.C and 20-200atm of synthetic gas atmosphere. The above metal phosphine complex is such as rodium phosphine or cobalt phosphine, and phosphine ligand is such as phosphine triphenyltrisulfonate and triphenyltricarbonate.
