发明名称 SEALING METHOD FOR SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE: To enhance the moisture resistance and the near resistance by coating the entire surface of an element or a specified part with a specified tape and/or a coating prior to sealing with polyallylene sulfide. CONSTITUTION: Prior to sealing an element with polyallylene sulfide, the element is coated except the side opposite to the gate with a curable coating of 30μm thick or more composed of a polymer selected from polyurethane, acrylic polymer and epoxy resin. The coating is then cured and the outer periphery of a solid electrolytic capacitor element is sealed with polyallylene sulfide injected molded by 50μm thick or more. Since surface roughening due to leakage of liquefied solid electrolyte, cracking or damage of package, etc., are prevented at the time of sealing or solder reflow, a capacitor element excellent in heat resistance and reliability can be obtained.
