PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for assigning resources to plural processes. SOLUTION: This method includes a step for displaying a graphic expressing the assignment of resources assigned to a first process and dynamically changing the assignment according to the operation of the graphic. In addition, the method is provided with a step for displaying plural graphics in which each graphic expresses the assignment of the resources assigned to each process, dynamically changing the first assignment of the resources to be assigned to the first process according to the operation of the graphic, calculating the second assignment of the resources which is no longer assigned to the first process and distributing it to a residual process according to a distribution rate. This system includes a display device for displaying a graphic expressing at least the first assignment of the resources assigned to the first process and a means for dynamically changing the first assignment according to the operation of the graphic.
