PURPOSE: To easily maintain water quality and recover exhaust energy of cooling water by branching cooling water from a cooling water inlet pipe of a fuel cell main body, passing through an absorption refrigerator, and joining again to the cooling water inlet pipe. CONSTITUTION: Cooling water is passed to a fuel cell main body 1 through an inlet pipe 9 with a circulation pump 7 for cooling, then the cooling water is supplied to a steam separator 14. In the fuel cell power generating plant, the water inlet pipe 9 is branched, part or the whole of cooling water is passed through an absorption refrigerator 18 to lower temperature, then joined to the cooling water inlet pipe 9 again. The branching amount of the cooling water is controlled with a controller 12 through a cooling water temperature control valve 11 to control temperature of the steam separator 14. |
