PURPOSE: To stably control channels without considering cross talk, to simplify the system and to reduce the number of parts and the cost by performing a specified processing for respective active controllers related to respective frequencies of physical quantities to be control objects. CONSTITUTION: Respective active controllers perform the processing shown by formula I, formula II related to respective frequencies of the physical quantities by be control objects. In the formula I, the formula II, det is a determinant,αis 0<=α<=1,ρab is a ratio between an amplitude increase rate from a control signal of a-th active controller to an error signal of b-th active controller and the amplitude increase rate from the control signal of the b-th active controller to the error signal of the b-th active controller,ψab is a difference between a phase from the control signal of the a-th active controller to the error signal of the b-th active controller and the phase from the control signal of the b-th active controller to the error signal of the b-th active controller, xn is the n-th solution of x in the relation I and K is the number of active controllers.
