MANAGEMENT EDUCATION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: To elucidate the guiding principle for rearing talented personnel without depending on individual persons' skill and to take the continuity between OFFJT/OJT under a canon target standard into sufficient consideration with a management education system for executing education management of plural education trainees. CONSTITUTION: This system is composed of a first processor 1 which executes management of the plural education trainees and plural units of second processors which are processors for the education trainees. The system has a target reference forming means 11 which forms target standard tables 31 by having the standards for the achievement targets of plural education items inputted by the first processor 1 and a means for delivering the education item lists consisting of the target standard tables formed by this target standard forming means 11 and the plural education items to the second processors. The system has also an education plan table forming means for forming education plan tables consisting of the respective education items and the achievement targets corresponding to the respective education items by having the target standard tables and the education item lists displayed and having the achievement targets of the respective education items inputted by the second processors.
