发明名称 LAMINATE STRUCTURE FOR BUS BAR WIRING BOARD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To prevent rattling of bus bar and to enhance sealing performance by forming an elastic material layer on the rear side of an insulating plate and pressing the elastic material layer against the bus bar and the forward end of a rib. CONSTITUTION: In the bus bar wiring board 51, ribs 56 are projecting in a predetermined pattern from the surface of an insulating plate 54 and a bus bar 60 is set in a recess 58 defined by the ribs 56. An upper layer bus bar wiring board 52 comprises the insulating board 54 applied with an elastomer layer 65 on the rear side thereof. The bus bar wiring board 51 is received in a lower cover 72 which is then applied with an upper layer bus bar wiring board 52. An upper cover 74 is then applied thereon and locked with respect to the lower cover 72 thus pressing the upper layer bus bar wiring board 52 against the upper surface of the lower layer bus bar wiring board 51. Since the elastomer layer 65 of the bus bar wiring board 52 is pressed against the forward end of ribs 56 on the bus bar wiring board 51 and the elastomer layer 65 is applied tightly to the ribs 56, waterproofness is ensured and rattling of bus bar is prevented.</p>
