PURPOSE: To enhance a dislocation part in corona characteristics and dielectric strength by a method wherein a roll-shaped organic synthetic insulating material, which forms a resin flow path that liquid potting resin is made to flow through for insulating the element wire of the dislocation part, is wound on the element wires, and the element wires are sealed up with epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin flow path 7 where liquid potting resin is made to flow in a molding process is previously formed of an organic synthetic insulating material 6. The resin flow path 7 formed of the roll-shaped organic synthetic insulating material 6 is wound around an element wire 14 for insulating a dislocation part. The resin flow path 7 has such a structure that protrudent stripes or a large number of projections or slits are provided at a proper interval to the one side of the organic synthetic insulating material 6. The element wire 14 is sealed up with epoxy patting resin so as to be insulated from the earth. By this setup, an element wire is enhanced in resin permeability when it is sealed up with resin and improved in corona characteristics and dielectric strength. |
