PURPOSE:To improve the dispersion of labricant and stability of varnish by blending a specified parts by weight of ester wax partially saponificated and polyethylene of low molecular weight with respect to resin of syntitic resin paint for enamelled wires. CONSTITUTION:With respect to 100 parts by weight of resin of synthetic resin coat for enamelled wires 0.1-10 parts by weight of ester wax partilly saponificated and 0.1-10 parts by weight of polyethylene of low molecular weight of which average molecular weight is 5000 or less are blended. As the method for dispersing those to the synthetic resin coat, first the wax and the polyethylene are dispersed in a solvent, and they are added to the synthetic resin coat for dispersion. As the solvent, e.g. hydrocarbon such as cresol, kylene and the like is used. It is thus possible to improve dispersion characteristic remarkably and maintain a stable dispersed condition for a long time. |
