The vehicle door has a container which is releasably arranged on the door inner side in the form of a carrier case (2). The inner side of the door has a storage hollow (3) and fastening devices for the carrier case. The fastening devices on the door inner wall are made as receiving guide grooves (4) shaped to accommodate the end bars (5) of the carrier case. A tongue (7) fits into the clasp (8) on the carrier case.
