<p>PURPOSE: To improve a conventional flap consisting of a metal plate and a plywood so as to reduce material cost, lighten the flap weight, improve its quality sense and beauty in design, and improve watertightness of a gap between a flap lower frame journalled by a hinge and a deck side edge, and watertightness of a gap formed when frames of the flap both sides and a frame body standing in the front/rear of the deck abut on each other. CONSTITUTION: A flap structure on a truck deck comprises a flap outer plate 2 which is made of a steel plate and has an upper frame part 2a formed by folding up its upper part and a lower frame part 2b formed by folding up its lower part, an inner post 6 which is made of steel material, shaped like a hat, and has the top 6a of the hat fixed to the inside of the outer plate and a flange part 6b of the hat fixed to the inside of the upper frame part 2a and the lower frame part 2b, a side frame material 5 having approximately U-shaped section, and a lining 7 which is made of veneer plate and fixed to the outside of the upper frame part 2a and the lower frame part 2b. And a lower frame material 3 which has shaped cross section and is made of an aluminum extruded material is laid and fixed thereto and the bottom end of the lining 7 is inserted into an upward groove 3a for fixing the lining, which is provided on the lower frame material 3, so as to be fixed thereto.</p> |
