PURPOSE: To assuredly attach a lid by a stable attaching strength to a transport container by a simple one-touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A lid engaging part 6 of which the longitudinal cross section is U-shaped, which protrudes from the circumference of an opening edge 3 is formed on an upper rail 5 at the upper end of a panel 4 which constitutes the upper end opening edge 3 of a transport container 1. Then, the side edge part 2b of a lid 2 is fitted in the lid engaging part 6, of the side edge part 2b is elastically engaged by press-fitting a container engaging part 7 which is formed in a manner that its longitudinal cross section may become a U-shape. An opened tip 8b of the container engaging part 7 is fastened to the tip of a claw piece 8a of a fastening means 8 which is provided on the internal surface of the lid engaging part 6, and the lid 2 is prevented from slipping off. By the elastic engaging of the side edge part 2b of the lid 2 by the lid engaging part 6 of which the longitudinal cross section is U-shaped, or the embracing type elastic engagement of the container engaging part 7, the attaching strength of the lid 2 can be set high, and even when a distortion, etc., are generated on the lid 2, the lid 2 is prevented from slipping off from the transport container 1. |
