PURPOSE: To decrease the models of motors, to simplify inventory management and to smooth starting of a husking separator by converting a commercial power source of AC of single phase 200 volts to AC of three phases 200 volts, connecting the AC to the motor and driving the motor at the max. torque at the time of starting the motor. CONSTITUTION: The AC voltage from the current of single phase 200 volts is converted to a DC voltage by a converter 34 and is sent to an intelligent power module 39, by which the DC is converted to the AC voltage of three phases 200 volts. The AC voltage is supplied to the motor 33. Torque control is started and a command signal for the max. torque output adjustment is emitted from a CPU 36 to the intelligent power module 39 when a conversion circuit 40 detects the load current value by starting of the motor 33 at the time of starting the husking separation. The prescribed max. torque is then supplied to the motor 33. As a result, the models of the motors are decreased and the inventory management is simplified. In addition, the number of revolutions is stabilized and the start of the husking separator is facilitated. |
