The vehicle contains a filter (10), formed as a semi-cylindrical rotor chamber (13). The water-grease mixture is fed into the chamber via an overflow edge (12). The chamber contains a rotor (14) with rotor blades (15), which have elastic brushes on their free ends. The brushes brush the mixture over the base of the chamber. The rotor blades also have stripper edges (18), and the separated grease is removed via these edges. A water tank (20) under the chamber is at a controlled underpressure, and collects the water, which passes through the base.
