COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF GLASS RUN AND BRACKET

PURPOSE: To surely combine a glass run with a bracket regardless of the location of a seal member attached to the inner surface of the bottom section of a core metal and the like. CONSTITUTION: A bracket 4 is piled up on the outer surface of the bottom section of the core metal 11 of a glass run 10. Let both the core metal 11 and the bracket 4 be plastically deformed in the direction aligned from the core metal 11 to the bracket 4, and they are squeezed so as to be fixed thereafter. A seal member 14 provided for the bottom surface of the inner section of the core metal 11 shall be equal to or more than 0.1mm and less than 0.5mm in thickness. Since the core metal 11 and the bracket 4 can be squeezed through the seal member 14, the glass run 10 can thereby be combined with the bracket 4 without being affected by the location of the seal member 14 and the like.
