<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate a need to increase position precision of the connection part of a pipe and to reduce a manufacturing cost by a method wherein two fuel feed pipes feeding fuel to the cylinders in each row of a V-type multicylinder engine and branched from each other are arranged in parallel and the end parts on the same side of the two fuel feed pipes are intercoupled through a flexible pipe made of a sheet metal. CONSTITUTION: Fuel feed pipes 1 and 2 are fastened against one and the other cylinder row of a V-type multicylinder engine by means of stays 1b, 1b and 2b, 2b and have branches 1a, 1a... and 2a, 2a.... The end part of the fuel feed pipes 1 and 2 are intercoupled through a flexible pipe 6 made of a sheet metal and integrally interconnected through brazing. A pressure fluctuation is suppressed through expansion and contraction of the flexible pipe 6. Further, since connection through the flexible pipe 6 is practicable even when precision of the position of a connection part between the fuel feed pipes 1 and 2 is not increased, a manufacturing cost is reduced.</p> |
