<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric harness that is easy to structure and assemble and is suitable in automobile air bags, and to provide a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An electrical component 32 and crimp terminals 86, 88, and 90 are inserted and held in a housing 4. Leeds 34a and 34b of the electrical component 32 are crimped to, and a conductor 18 of a cable 16 is connected to each of these terminals. A cover 8 in united with the housing 4 and an over- mold portion 12 is molded, thereby sealing and integrating a strain relief for the cable 16 therewith.</p> |
