PURPOSE: To obtain an instant miso soup capable of making a miso soup, UDON noodles (wheat noodles) and buckwheat noodles, having characteristic taste and flavor of raw miso and taste seasoned with boiled soup of marine product and/or flavored soup by chemical seasoning. CONSTITUTION: This instant miso soup is obtained by packing a soup consisting essentially of a boiled soup of a marine product such as raw ingredient, fish, crab or shrimp in a preserving container. |
