PURPOSE: To lower natural frequency in the horizontal direction and to also lower resonance magnification. CONSTITUTION: A vibration removing device comprises an outer cylinder 2 having its bottom, an elongated inner cylinder 3 in which a partition wall 4 is provided in the lower direction an annular diaphragm 5 for flexibly fixing the upper part of the outer cylinder 2 and the upper part of the inner cylinder 3, a shaft 7 fixed to the upper end surface 4a of the partition wall 4 disposed in the inner cylinder 3 through a vibration-proof rubber 8, and a designated quantity of silicone oil S sealed in the outer cylinder 2. Air holes 10 are bored below the partition wall 4 in the inner cylinder 3. Thus, even if horizontal force is applied to a load bearing plate 6 fixed to the upper part of the shaft 7, natural frequency in the horizontal direction can be lowered and resonance magnification in the horizontal direction can be lowered. |
