PURPOSE: To realize a permanent magnet of good magnetic characteristic by developing exchange magnetic anisotropy by cooling a material such as iron- sulfur-cobalt in a magnetic field regarding a permanent magnet wherein exchange magnetic anisotropy is developed. CONSTITUTION: The title permanent magnet is comprised of atomic number ratio of (Fe1- YCoY)1- X SX wherein 0.05<=X<=0.4, 0.02<=Y<=0.5 and exchange magnetic anisotropy is developed by cooling it in a magnetic field. |
