<p>PURPOSE: To suppress an increase in the area of a keyboard and an increase in the thickness and to improve the operability by installing a track ball and determination switches separately in a left-side area and a right-side area in front of a key group installation area. CONSTITUTION: The track ball 8 and determination switches 9 and 10 are installed separately in the left-side area and right-side area in front of a key group. The track ball 8 is positioned right outside the right-hand side home position key 'J/j' of the character key group 4 positioned in the center area of the keyboard, in front of an execution key positioned on the right side of a function key group 5bαpositioned in front of the character key group 4, and inside a ten-key group 6 and a cursor key group 7 positioned in the right end area of the keyboard. Further, the determination switches 9 and 10 is left outside the home position key 'F/f' on the left-hand side of the character key group 4 and in front of the character key 'Z/z' on the foremost-row left-end side of the character group 4.</p> |
