<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a new condensed ring amide compound having both an aggressive factor-inhibiting action and a preventive factor-enhancing action and useful as an antiulcer agent. CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I [X is N, NR<1> (R<1> is H, a lower alkyl); Y is N, CH; Z is CO, when X is NR<1> , or Z is group of formula II of III (D is a halogen; E is a lower alkyl), when X is N; R<2> is group of formula IV (A is a lower alkylene, a lower alkenylene; B is C, N); L is S, SO, a single bond; (m), (n) are 1-4 (wherein m+n<=4); Q ring may be substituted with a halogen, OH, an alkyl, a substitutive alkoxy, NO<2> , or a substitutive NH2 ; when Y is CH and X is NR<1> , the H and the R<1> may be replaced with SCH2 CH2 , OCH2 CH2 , NHCOCH2 or (CH2 )3 to form a six-membered ring together with the condensed rings through the replaced group, e.g. [[(1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-4- quinolinyl) methyl]thio]-N-[[[4-(1-piperidinyl] oxy]-Z-2-butenyl] acetoamide.</p> |
