PURPOSE:To obtain a power distributor easy to assemble suitable for mass production and without generating microwave loss by forming an isolation resistor by adhering a thin film resistor on the plane of a second dielectric substrate confronting with a strip conductor. CONSTITUTION:The isolation resistor 100 is formed by directly adhering the thin film resistor on the plane of the second dielectric substrate 2b to be overlapped on a first dielectric substrate 2a on the plane on one side of which the strip conductor 3 is provided confronting with the strip conductor 3. By comprising a device in such a way, the resistor can be formed in thin thickness, therefore, triplet line structure can easily be formed without providing a recessed part on the dielectric substrate 2b. Also, all the isolation resistors 100 can be connected simultaneously at the prescribed positions of the strip conductor 3 by adhering by pressing the plane to be adhered of the isolation resistor 100 of the dielectric substrate 2b on the strip conductor 3 even when a large number of distribution and that of isolation resistors 100 ara required. Furthermore, since the resistor other than the isolation resistor is removed by etching at the time of forming a thin film, there is no fear of the microwave loss being increased. |
