A pharmaceutical composition for treating cachexia which contains a compound (I), wherein R<1>, R<2> is H, alkyl, alkoxy, may form -CH=CH-CH=CH-; R<3> is H, alkyl; R<4> is N-containing heterocyclic; R<5> is H, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, carboxyl; Z is (a), -CH=CH-, (b) or (c); (R<0> is H, alkyl); n is 0-12; m is 0-3; k is 0-7, or a salt thereof.
