PURPOSE:To allow the receiver to make automatic dialing by a credit call and to surely prevent private use of a credit call. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of a call from a caller by a reception section 12, a CPU 15 stores tentatively control information representing the acceptance of a credit call and a contact destination telephone number being message information from the caller to a RAM 17 and displays the information on a display section 2. When a transmission key is operated in this state, the CPU 15 is used to discriminate whether or not the use of a credit call is allowed based on control information and combines the credit call telephone number stored in the RAM 17 and the contact destination telephone number displayed on the display section 2 when allowed and sets the combined information to a buffer 24 to activate a DTMF signal tone generating section 23 and allows a speaker 25 to provide an output of a dial tone. When the credit call is not allowed, the CPU 15 provides an output of a dial tone representing only the contact destination telephone number.
