The assembly for cleaning a textile machine and especially a spinner, has a suction system and filter to trap fibres and other dirt. The drive (8,26-28,38) for the filter scraper (31) has mechanisms to press the scraper against the filter surface (3) in the active movement phase and lift the scraper clear in the opposite movement direction.
