WIRE STRETCHING ROLLER WITH BRAKE FOR OVERHEAD GROUND WIRE

PURPOSE:To constitute a wire stretching roller with brake for giving prescribed tension to an overhead ground wire being stretched so that the roller can be universally mounted on the tops of electric poles having different structures. CONSTITUTION:A wire stretching roller is constituted in such a way that a main body unit in which a braking means 14 is assembled and which is provided with upper and lower roller sets 7 and 8 and an auxiliary pole mounting unit 2 fitted with a winding belt 16 which is wound around the wire stretching roller at the time of mounting the roller on the electric pole can be connected to each other through the bolt inserting section 4 of a base frame 3 so that the roller can universally cope with electric poles having different structures in such a way that, when a mounting method in which the roller is mounted on an electric pole by utilizing the auxiliary unit 2 is used, the roller is mounted as it is and, when another method in which only the main body unit 1 is directly mounted on the electric pole is used, the roller is mounted on the electric pole after the auxiliary unit 2 is removed from the main body unit 1.
