PURPOSE:To form a black pattern made of a thin film having high light- shielding proeprty and high resolution by incorporating a hydrophilic resin as a component which can be crossliked with a photocrosslinking agent to become infusible into a dispersant in a black paste. CONSTITUTION:This black photosensitive resin compsn. contains a black paste and a transparent photosensitive resin. The black paste consists of a pigment and a dispersant containing a hydrophilic resin (a) which is crosslinked with a diazo resin to become infusible. The transparent photosensitive resin consists of a diazo resin and a hydrophilic resin (b) which is crosslinked with a diazo resin to become infusible. This black photosensitive resin compsn. contains as a solid content, 40-70wt.% pigment, 2-40wt.% dispersant, and 2-40wt.% hydrophilic resin in the transparent photosensitive resin. The amt. of the diazo resin is 5-40wt.% to the resin to be crosslinked. If the compsn. is out of this range, it shows inferior light-shielding property or decrease in sensitivity and resolution. |
