PURPOSE:To smoothly and efficiently transport the film without contaminating or wrinkling the film by arranging a roll at the upper part and lower part and controlling the rotating speed of the rolls so that the film transporting speed coincides with the rotating speed of the rolls. CONSTITUTION:An extended continuous synthetic-resin film 2 is clamped by the roll parts 3 respectively consisting of the lower rolls 4, 4', 4'' and 4''' and the coupled upper rolls 6, 6', 6'' 6''' as the driving devices at the parts of a table notched in the width direction of the film 2, and the shapes of the end edges and/ or the deviations of the end edges are detected and calculated by a meanders detector 8 so that the rotating speed of the lower rolls 4, 4', 4'' and 4''' coincides with the transporting speed of the film 2 in the adjacent roll part 3. The result is fed back to control the rotating speed of the rolls 4, 4', 4'' and 4''', and the film is transported to a cutter 10 by this device 1 for transporting the extended continuous synthetic-resin film. |
