PURPOSE:To transmit image information of a main object with high picture quality or in a short time after excluding a part of an image area hidden in the display area of another image from the image information of the main object. CONSTITUTION:The image of an object 12 photographed by a camera 13 is displayed on a window 3 in a window 1 on which a main object image 2 is displayed by an image layering device 5 as an image 4. A transmitter 6 transmits the relative position information and shape information of the window 1 and the window 3 to a transmitter 9 via a transmission line 8, and the transmitter 9 transmits by encoding an image 14 from which an unrequired area in accordance with the window 3 is excluded from the image of an object 11 photographed by a camera 10 to the receiver 6 via a transmission line 7. An encoded and transmitted image 15 is inputted from the receiver 6 to the imp, age layering device 5 as the one for main object image. |
