PURPOSE:To enable control for continuously succeeding the service information of a user and a mobile equipment even when the loaming possibility/impossibility of the user and the mobile equipment is not coincident by separately transferring the service information of the user and the mobile equipment to the network of the loaming destination. CONSTITUTION:A loaming destination network A is provided with a mobile equipment gate home memory T2 and a user gate home memory P2. When a user U disables loaming and a mobile equipment M corresponding to the user U moves to any network where loaming is enabled, the loaming destination network A secures a storage place in the user gate home memory P2, and that user service information is transferred from the user gate home memory P1 and stored. Further, the loaming destination network A secures a storage place in the mobile equipment gate home memory T2, and that mobile equipment service information is transferred from the mobile equipment gate home memory T1 and stored. Afterwards, the storage places in the user gate home memory P1 and the mobile equipment gate home memory T1 are opened.
