摘要 PURPOSE:To simply evaluate not only the mechanism of the deterioration of a resin but also the advance state thereof within a short period. CONSTITUTION:Bisphenol type vinyl ester (VE) and a mixture of ethylenetriamine and m-phenylenediamine.4,4'-diaminophenylmethane being a curing agent of epoxy (EP) are applied to cellophane paper in a film thickness of about 20mum capable of transmitting infrared rays, and cured to be peeled from the cellophane paper and the peeled film is preliminarily applied to a slide mound to be directly subjected to FT-IR analysis and subsequently immersed in 4N NaOH and 4N H2SO4 solns. for 29, 50 and 70 days. After immersion, the film is washed and dried to be directly subjected to FT-IR analysis and the deterioration of the film is judged on the basis of the difference spectacle with a test piece preliminarily analyzed before immersion.
