THIN PUSH SWITCH

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce working cost and thin the whole of a switch by integrally forming a fixed contact and a moving contact with a connecting terminal, and mounting them on a switch base formed by press working an insulating thin plate. CONSTITUTION:The back surface of a T-shaped conductive part of a fixed contact body 12 and the back surface of a straight conductive part of a moving contact body 13 are fixed to each switch base 11 with a double adhesive-coated tape. A contact projection of the fixed contact body 12 and a domed contact 13A of the moving contact body 13 are arranged so that their centers are made to nearly coincide almost and the domed contact 13A covers the contact projection. The bent part of the T-shaped conductive part or the fixed contact 12 is fitted to a hole of the tape and to a hole of the switch base 11.
