PURPOSE:To enhance the orientation of a magnetic field, compactness and productivity by orienting the powder of a magnet by applying a magnetic field to one which is liquefied by melting the powder of a thermosetting resin by heating and successively performing the compression molding thereof by applying pressure thereto. CONSTITUTION:A raw powder in which the power of a magnet having magnetic anisotropy is mixed with the powder of a thermosetting resin is supplied to a mold for molding, the temperature of which is increased and maintained by a heating device 11. The application of a magnetic field is started by an electromagnet from the point of time when the powder of the thermosetting resin is melted and liquefied and the viscosity coefficient of the resin is lowered. Next, after the heating period of time when the lowest viscosity coefficient is obtained by heating, the application of pressure is started from the pressure direction 14, 14. The application of a magnetic field and the molding under pressure are simultaneously performed while maintaining the heating temperature. When the bridging reaction of the liquefied resin proceeds and the viscosity coefficient is increased, the application of a magnetic field by means of an electromagnet 12 is finished. |
