PURPOSE:To perform the use of a holder made of resin in the bearing of the reduction gear mechanism of each stage, to improve the efficiency of lubrication of a bearing, to prevent the generation of noise, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:A holder 61 for a bearing by means of which the planetary gear of a reduction gear mechanism is supported is formed of a resin material. Pockets 63 to hold a plurality of rollers 64 are formed in the cylindrical body 62 of the holder 61. Engaging protrusions 65 are respectively formed on inner wall surfaces 63A and 63A positioned axially facing the respective pockets 63 and engaging recessed parts 66 are formed in the two end faces in an axial direction of the roller 64. A gap DELTAd is formed between the side of the roller 64 and inner wall surfaces 63B and 63B, positioned facing each other radially of the pocket 63. Lubiricating oil is sufficiently fed in each pocket 63 of the holder 61 and rapid wear of the roller 64 due to wear powder is prevented from occurring.
