ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having improved low temp. fixing property and offset resistance and having stable electrification performance without causing fog even when the toner is repeatedly used for a long time. CONSTITUTION:Features of this electrostatic charge image developing toner are as follows. (a) The polymer component does not substantially contain a THF-insoluble component. (b) The GPC chromatogram of the THF-soluble component of the polymer component has the main peak in the region from 3X10<3> to 3X10<4>mol.wt. range and a subpeak or shoulder in the region from lX10<5> to 3X10<6>mol.wt. (c) The acid value (AVL) of the low mol.wt. polymer is 21 to 35 mgK0H, while the acid value (AVH) of the high mol.wt. polymer is 0.5 to 11mgKOH/g. The difference of the acid value shows the relation of 10<=(AVL-AVH)<=27.
