PURPOSE:To provide an air-conditioner using an absorptive refrigerating machine and having a high controllability in a wide range of outdoor temperature. CONSTITUTION:A CPU in a controller 30 switches parameters of an optimum regulator designed under different outdoor temperature conditions previously stored in a memory within the controller 30 according to outdoor temperature detected by a temperature sensor T5 and carries out operation. On the basis of operation result a cooling fan 17 is driven by a motor M1.
