PURPOSE:To obtain an antibody capable of accurately and simply determining a cytochrome P450 molecule species in a living body, because of specifically recognizing the specific cytochrome P450 molecule species originated from a man. CONSTITUTION:The antibody substantially not exhibiting cross reactivity with cytochrome P450 molecule species originated from other men and recognizing the cytochrome P4502A6 originated from a man is obtained by collecting blood from a mammalian immunologically sensitized with the cytochrome P4502A6 originated from the man as an antigen, separating the antibody from the blood and subsequently purifying the antibody. The cytochrome P4502A6 originated from the man is obtained by extracting from a yeast as a transformant expressing the cytochrome P4502A6 originated from the man and subsequently purifying the extracted cytochrome P4502A6.
