<p>PURPOSE:To provide high safety and reliability for a long time in a pipe holder for holding a wall penetrating pipe at the wall penetrating part of a building, by biting set screws into the outside surface of the pipe uniformly, applying resin covering onto the surface of the pipe holder, and sealing it with an insulation covering member. CONSTITUTION:For gas piping work, an outside resin covering steel pipe 8 of the length which meets the thickness of the outside wall of a building is selected and machined to insert a pipe holder. This pipe holder 1 is provided with an insertion hole 2 for a wall penetrating pipe in the central part, and a pipe holder body 1 where resin covering 35 is formed at the surface other than a threaded hole 31, at which plural set screws 4 for fixing a cutting edge part 41 provided at its end by biting it into the pipe are distributed uniformly in the peripheral direction. After screwing into the set screws 4 and biting the cutting edge into the outside surface of the pipe 8, the inside of the threaded hole 31 is filled with a viscoelastic insulation sealing material 5 for covering the cutting edge part 41 of the set screw 4 and the outside surface of the pipe, and the threaded hole 31 is sealed with an insulation covering member 6.</p> |
